1. Before you write

The App sends us nothing — no crash reports, no diagnostics, no telemetry. That is deliberate, but it does mean your description is the only information we have. Please include:

• your device (for example iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air 11")
• your iOS version
• the app version (shown in Settings inside the game)
• which chapter and level, and what you expected to happen

2. Purchases

I bought the unlock but my levels are still locked

Open the game's Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Restoring needs a working App Store connection — it is the one moment the game talks to Apple.

Can I share the unlock with my family?

No. The Full Campaign Unlock is not enabled for Family Sharing. It belongs to the Apple Account that purchased it.

How do I get a refund?

Apple is the seller of record, so all refunds go through Apple — we cannot issue them. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

What exactly does the purchase include?

Chapter 1 — six levels of the Stone Age — is free and complete. The one-time Full Campaign Unlock adds Chapters 2 to 4 (fifteen further levels), the Bronze, Iron and Medieval ages, and the Cannon, Magic and Ballista towers. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy.

3. Progress and devices

Is my progress backed up?

Your progress is stored on your device only. There is no account and no cloud save. It is included in your encrypted iPhone or iCloud device backup if you have those enabled in iOS — but the game itself never uploads anything.

I got a new device

Restore the new device from your backup to bring your progress across, then use Restore Purchases to re-apply the campaign unlock. If you set the device up as new, the unlock still restores, but campaign progress will start over.

If I delete the app, what happens?

All game data is deleted with it. That is also how you erase everything the game has stored — there is nothing held anywhere else.

4. About the game

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Age of Towers plays entirely offline. The only network activity is the App Store purchase or restore, which iOS handles.

Is there an endless or survival mode?

No. Age of Towers is a campaign: four chapters, twenty-one authored levels, each with a three-star rating to chase. That is a design decision, not a missing feature.

Does the game collect data about me?

No. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no accounts. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

What do I need to run it?

iOS 18.0 or later, on iPhone or iPad. Portrait and landscape are both supported.

5. Accessibility and feedback

The game supports VoiceOver and adapts its performance to your device's thermal and battery state. If something is hard to read, hard to reach or hard to hear, we would genuinely like to know — that kind of report is the most useful mail we get.
